The Classic Moc is Red Wing's most iconic boot and it has a storied past. Worn by millions of American workers since 1953, it has been put through every test possible. From steel girders atop skyscrapers, to trucks cruising across the country, Red Wing made the Classic Moc more accessible, and frankly, more stylish through Red Wing Heritage with different colors. While we have carried the 8" Classic Moc since opening our doors in 1974, we are elated to carry the 6" version, style #8864, in a warm Russet Taos leather.
Our favorite feature about this style is the Gore-Tex liner, hands down. Gore-Tex is a waterproof liner and makes shoes more resilient to harsher conditions. It also provides a little bit of warmth so if your feet get chilly, expect this to be one of your favorite new pairs. Red Wing combined this quality leather with the Goodyear welt construction, so you can rely on that hearty stitch. In addition, leather panels are triple stitched for quality and a Traction Tred sole provides incredible comfort. You will not regret adding the 8864 Classic Moc to your collection.
