How to Order:
We take orders over the phone and through this e-store. To order online, please click the Register/Login link at the top right of the e-store. Please have your credit or debit card and billing and shipping address information ready.

We ship UPS Ground and USPS Priority everywhere in the USA. We offer free shipping on all orders of $100 or more. No special exemptions, no minimum number of orders. Any order $100 or less is determined by zip code and weight.
Any in-stock order will be on the UPS truck same day or the next morning. Please allow 24-48 hours handling. A tracking number and order confirmation will be immediately sent to your email. A package arrives in 4-7 days, depending on your location.
Our website shows current inventory for all products. In-stock orders will be ship the same day as, or day after, your purchase. Backordered products display expected restock dates, and will ship at a later date once available. You can choose to Ship Complete (both in-stock and backordered items) or Ship Available (in-stock items, then backordered items as they come available).
Ship Complete orders will hold in-stock product in your name until backordered items arrive.
Ship Available orders arrive in two or more shipments depending on backorder item availability. Ship Available Orders also bill as a separate standalone order, so please expect to see two charges on your card. Any backorder shipment will incur a shipping fee if under $99.99 based on zip code and weight.
Returns & Exchanges:
For in-store orders, we ask that you please come into the shop. For online orders, we honor a return or exchange up to 30 days. Please obtain a Returns Authorization before returning product by calling (800) 248-BOOT, or locally at (207) 989-6492. You can also send an email to Sales@WinterportBoot.com.
If you a problem, please get in touch immediately since these are time sensitive matters. A 10% restocking fee applies to orders unless merchandise is defective or we made an error in the original shipment.
Product must be received in the condition in which you received them: new and unused, boxed with all original tags and packaging. Gifts may be exchanged if original tags and packaging are attached. In all cases, product must not have been worn or washed, muddied, nor discolored.
