KEEN Utility's Flint II is an update to the Flint Mid, with the major change originating in the midsole. We will talk about that in a second, but to introduce the boot, the Flint II is a breathable mid-height steel toe boot with classic Keen hiker styling. It is durable, it is protective, and shows high performance in indoor and outdoor work environments. KEEN Utility swapped out the EVA midsole for its new KEEN.ReGEN midsole technology: the Re.GEN is a lightweight, compression-resistant midsole that provides 50% more returning energy than the standard EVA foam version. This means more comfort and shock absorption. The Flint II is great for carpenters, contractors traveling from job to job, and weekends working the property.
