Timberland PRO’s TiTAN 47019 is a classic work boot in a full grain, warm brown leather. We are talking a standard eight inch work boot with an aluminum safety toe cap. Oh, and the leather is waterproof with minimum break in time because it is a premium soft leather. Timberland PRO treats it with a special waterproof formula and adds a waterproof membrane to keep water away from your feet while you work. Inside is a moisture-channeling spacer mesh comfort lining has an antimicrobial treatment for odor control and comfortable feet. This is behind the leather on the inside of the shoe and it shoots the comfort level for your feet up high. So based on the upper alone, you know you are off to a good start. You will be surprised there is an aluminum toe safety cap inside it. The TiTAN 47019 has a cement construction on the lower portion of the boot which is great for a faster break in and it gives this boot a lot of flexibility. The TiTAN 47019 is good for lighter duty applications and heavier types of work. The TiTAN has a superior fit and provides lightweight protection. You know it will stay secure because of the cast metal top hooks that keep the boot laced tight to your foot and stabilize the ankle. Timberland PRO put a rubber outsole on the TiTAN for good cushion and grip. Inside is a removable cushioned insole made from a contoured open-cell polyurethane mold. We carry this insole in our store if you need a replacement a year or two from now. Underneath the molded polyurethane midsole is a nylon shank. The midsole and the shank together provide support and outsole rigidity. The TiTAN 47019 by Timberland PRO is a safe choice of waterproof eight inch safety toe boots.
